3. Quotes & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your order; remaining payments follow your agreement schedule. Prices may change due to product availability, network requirements, or government incentives.
4. Government Rebates & Incentives
We assist with claiming rebates, such as STCs. Rebate amounts are set by the Australian Government and may change at any time. Solar Battery Hub is not responsible for changes in rebate values.
5. Scheduling & Access
Customers must provide safe access and obtain any required property permissions. Installation times may vary due to weather, approvals, or supply delays.
6. Warranties & Liability
- Product warranties are provided by manufacturers.
- Installation warranties are provided by licensed contractors.
- Solar Battery Hub is not liable for delays, contractor workmanship, or indirect losses.
All work complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACCC) and CEC standards.

Customer information is used solely for delivering services and managing warranties or rebates. Information is only shared with contractors, suppliers, or regulatory authorities as needed.
